Handpicked by the curators at MA+DS, each tour stop represents a unique architectural voice, a distinct approach to modern living, and a masterful understanding of materials, light, and space.

About the Project: 45 Hartford

Perched high above the city with panoramic views that stretch from the hills to the Bay, 45 Hartford is a stunning example of California modern architecture. Clean lines, bold geometry, and a seamless indoor-outdoor connection define the home’s identity. The design balances openness and privacy, creating an environment that feels both expansive and intimately livable.

From the dramatic entry framed by vertical glass panels to the sculptural kitchen centerpiece crafted in marble and warm wood, every detail was intentionally designed to elevate the living experience. A minimalist materials palette, integrated lighting, and oversized sliding glass walls create a fluid transition between interior and exterior spaces—culminating in a breathtaking terrace overlooking Silicon Valley.
